MOMMES is a support network of families who have or are expecting higher order multiples in the Metropolitan St. Louis (Missouri) Area, including the Metro East (Illinois).  We provide information, resources and support during pregnancy, and throughout childhood.

Goals include: 

• To make pregnancy easier by providing support, information and resources from moms who have experienced a similar pregnancy; and
  
• to provide opportunities for all moms to socialize, network and receive support.

These goals are accomplished through the following: 

• monthly dinner meetings (for moms) and other scheduled special activities (summer picnic, holiday party, couples dinner, dads outing, moms shopping trip);
  
• guest speakers;
  
• crisis intervention;
  
• regularly scheduled play dates;
  
• a personal mentor program for those who choose to participate; and
  
• a monthly newsletter.
